Welcome! We can definitely help you out, especially if this will be your first build. Check out the guides on the "System" forum (such as this one), too!

First, though, could you please post the names of all the computer components you're getting, so we don't have to click on like 10 different links, just to see what you're thinking of getting? :)

:) The 600$ build should fit you I think. OH well, maybe. You should probably change the mobo in there to this one.

They you'll have a onboard GPU which will perform those apps, drop the 460 (dedicated card) in the build and use that money to buy a 955. (Since it is 140$ and the 460 is 140$ so it works out). They use the money saved to switch out the 4gb kit for a 8gb kit (to my knowledge Programming like in Eclipse uses alot of memory). Get this kit.

All my suggestions.

Thank you for that. Although this pc should be an all around pc i will probably have it for a while as a personal computer and i see where you are going by dropping the graphics card. Although i would like some decent graphics as i do watch multiple youtube videos and other media at once also i may squeeze in a few games here and there but nothing big. my main problem is im not sure about the power supply because i have no clue what to look for :S.
