I'm more familiar with AMD builds, but it looks pretty solid!

I don't think you'll need the PCI LAN card, though, as the motherboard has built in 10/100/1000Mbps LAN.

Also, unless you are planning on overclocking your CPU, I don't think you should need the Cooler Master heatsink (also, the motherboard says it has a Socket LGA 1155 in it, and the Cooler Master says it's only compatible with Socket LGA775/1156/1366).

Ok I can see some obvious changes to be made. First off if you want 8 gigs of RAM you get 2x4 gigs and not 4x2 gigs. I'm guessing this is a gaming rig so 4 gigs will suffice. Also there is no need for a after market h/s seeing how that board and cpu won't o/c. The stock h/s will be just fine. So how about we try something like this down below and get you a better case, vid card, and cpu for that budget.
