My computer says there are no more endpoints from the endpoints napper

ok i ran a scan on my pc an when it finished it said my antivirus had ran out so i put more on my pc it says i have protection but when i try to do a scan thats when it says i have no more endpoints from my endpoints napper.

Check Windows 7 services and see if RPC Endpoint Mapper is set to auto and started.

Practically everything depends on this service to be running.
