I'm making my new configuration, and unlike other times now I'm including amd chipset and gpu. Here is the conf I'm planning to buy.

MB Sapphire 785g am3 socket ddr3 1333MHz
CPU: AM3 Amd Athlon II x2 240 @ 2.8GHz +2MB L2 cache(I'm planing on overclocking to 3.4 at most)
RAM: 4GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz( to be able to upgrade later because the mobo has only two 240pin DDR3 slots)
GPU: Integrated Ati HD 4200 (40 stream processors, 500Mhz clock, 512MB shared ram memory)
Audio Integrated 6 Ch realtek.
HDD: Serial ATA 2 Hitachi 1TB 7200rpm 32MB cache

The thing is that I don't need much horsepower for playing any kind of games, instead i need it for multitasking and watching full hd 1080p/i.
I'm most concerned about the hd4200 igp. Can it play 1080p smoothly?
Owning to the fact that I have some, more or less wider knowledge about video codecs software and it's developing, i would be affirmative about my own question, but on the other hand amd is not my experience (and my budget will only allow me to buy that now) so I might be terribly mistaken according to latest reading i made on this topic.

All in All, (sorry for the long blabbering) will I be able to play 1080p, or i should change some component in the conf?

My budget for now is 250-350$.

THANKS FOR ANY ANSWER!

Rondeil.
