Can IGP HD4200 handle 1080p smoothly??? It's integrated on the AMD AM3 785G MB

I have planned good conf, and thats my only concern.
here it is:

MB Sapphire 785g am3 socket ddr3 1333MHz
CPU: AM3 Amd Athlon II x2 240 @ 2.8GHz +2MB L2 cache(I'm planing on overclocking to 3.4 at most)
RAM: 4GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz( to be able to upgrade later because the mobo has only two 240pin DDR3 slots)
GPU: Integrated Ati HD 4200 (40 stream processors, 500Mhz clock, 512MB shared ram memory)
Audio Integrated 6 Ch realtek.
HDD: Serial ATA 2 Hitachi 1TB 7200rpm 32MB cache

I don't need graphics for any gaming, just work and 1080p High Def.

I'm thankful FOR ANY ANSWER.

Thanks for the help. And the "It works great as HTPC graphic solution" was the thing i wanted to hear :)

I have read this things on hundreds of sources though and none personal experience with this igp.

Maybe there is someone who have experienced this IGP personally.

Thanks pepperman.

Can you tell me what operating system you're running?
And how much does the 1080p movies utilize the cpu? Cause I've read that the Integrated GPU does 90% of the work (with the uvd 2 and ati avivo technology)
Is that true?

Thanks for the answers all of you.

at stock speeds it uses roughly 20% of the cpu if that, and i am using Windows 7

Ok, I've done some more research and decided to go with this conf. If something is not going so smoothly I will buy discrete HD4650 GPU and solve the problem since it is pretty much overkill for 1080p.

Thanks to all again, you helped me choose.
