Which is better pls???

Hi guys,

please help me to choose. Which power supply is better and why between Thermaltake TR2 RX 1200W and a Corsair CMPSU 1200AX pls ???

Tell me about your own experience or the reason to choose one over the other one please!!

The Corsair PSU is a newer model while the Thermaltake model was designed quite a few years back.

The Thermaltake PSU may or may not have the same protection or quality as the corsair model (as standards are updated from time to time) but that isn't to say it's a bad power supply.

If I was to buy one of them, I'd grab the AX1200 (Which I actually own and first hand, I can say works great!).


My own experience with the AX1200 (Which I own) is that it's a Very solid PSU, looks nice, can power my system really very easily (My hardware's in my sig), it's efficient (very efficient), has lots of headroom too for future upgrades (years into the future).

No contest ! Corsair all the way.
The Thermaltake TR2 RX line is sub-standard from most reviews i've read.
For example.It may not be the same unit in question but it raises red flags in my mind.
