Adding Ram. Are these new sticks compatable?

Hello,

I want to upgrade from 4gb of ram to 8gb, and I want to know if the new sticks I want will work with the existing sticks.

So why buy from Amazon when newegg has the identical product that you have for the same price and both have free shipping ?

Everything looks identical except for the extra C at the end of the model number......C5 versus C5C. Ya'd have to ask Corsair what any potential differences were .... prolly just a c0 versus c1 version indictaing minor hardware change

note most recent newegg review of C5C versions says ....."Memory works fine with the old c0 version of this memory."
