Graphic Card Upgrade from ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO

Good Afternoon,

I am wondering if any of you can help my current system setup is as follows;

Board: Wolfdale1333-D667.
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. P1.40 03/14/2008

3.00 gigahertz Intel Pentium D
16 kilobyte primary memory cache
2048 kilobyte secondary memory cache
64-bit ready
Multi-core (2 total)
Not hyper-threaded

4GB DDR2 Ram

ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO

480W PSU

I wish to update my system so i can play Starcraft 2 at med-high settings at an average frame-rate. Is it better to buy just a better graphics card, or would i need a new system over haul. I have roughly £300 ($480 US) is this enough or should i keep saving?

Thank you for any assistance you can give.
