Onboard Graphics Card

I am building a computer for my mom and she plays zero games whatsoever. She does however watch blue rays and download x264 and ect. She uses it as a multimedia kind of rig. I see some motherboards out now with 4200 hd, are they worth it? what route should I take?

I have a mobo with the 4200, it was decent enough for watching dvds at least, but I don't know about blu-ray. It was great for browsing and multitasking.

I have not built a computer in mabe 8 or 9 years ever since I started using only laptops, I just wanted to say wow at how much you can get nowdays for so little.
