Memory frequency question

Hi, i have this mb ASUS MB - SOCKET AM3 - M4A88T-M/USB3 and this CPU AM3 AMD Phenom™ II X2 555,3.20GHz/6MB BOX Black edition 45nmz and this memory KINGSTON DDR3 HYPERX BLU 4GB (2X2GB) 1600MHZ CL9 - KHX1600C9AD3B1K2/4G and i see that it have 1600 mhz, and now, i run program SIW and it shows me that thay're working on 667 MHZ. What i need to change in bios to use at least 1333 mhz or even 1600.

Double Data Rate (DDR) runs at twice the clock frequency. 667 x 2 = 1333 MHz.
