DirectX 11 update issues

I am stuck on DirectX 10 and I have been downloading and installing the redistributables and the SDK files and everything and it's not updating the directx to dx11. I have an msi hawk R5770 1gb gddr5 video card. Can someone please help me and tell me what to do to fix my directx and update to the newest directx please.

I have these files right now in one folder called DirectX:
directx_aug2009_redist
directx_feb2010_redist
directx_Jun2010_redist
DXSDK_Jun10
dxwebsetup

What do I do? Currently I have directx 10 in my dxdiag.

The native version of DX will be determined by your O/S.
Direct X 11 ships with Windows 7.
If you're running XP it's not going to happen.
Vista is DX10.1 and has a DX11 update.
