If you are referring to the PCI Express x16 slot, the GeForce 7100/nForce 630i chipset definitely isn't 2.0 or newer. You can install a new video card as they usually are backward compatible.

What CPU is installed? What's the purpose of the video card and what's your budget? Ok, I have Intel Pentium Dual-Core 2.4, the video card is for gaming like Gothic 4 or battlefield 3, and the budget is 200 dollars. I meant that a dual core isn't very powerful for gaming.

So, what processor do you think is gonna work on this motherboard, I mean I know the socket, but I read that this motherboard can take only 2.4 dual core, is it true or I can put whatever I want it's just have to be for my socket?????

And also you didn't answer me does it matter at all what ouput 2.0 or 2.1 do you have when you try to put a videocard in there??????? The question is I still can't find anything about what output in here. It's not like I don't believe you, it's just a concept for me now. WHY I CAN'T FIND EXACTLY FOR THIS MOTHERBOARD?????

What do you mean by "ouput 2.0 or 2.1"? If you are referring to the PCI Express x16 slot, it can only be 1.0 or 1.1 on that older system. Read the "History and revisions" section at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express#PCI_Express_2..... However a PCI Express 2.0 video card should work.

That motherboard is made by Foxconn to HP's specifications and it should be considered as an HP motherboard. You should also have provided the model number of your system. Determining that the PCI Express slot isn't 2.0 is relatively easy. That motherboard is based on the nForce 630i chipset which was released before the PCI Express 2.0 specifications.
