Will these parts be compatible? Please help before I buy them.

Hey, I'm 13 and I know alot about build computers for my age and I've already installed a power supply, graphics card, and RAM into my system. I was wondering if these parts were all compatible.
ASRock A770DE+
AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz
Corsair Memory 4GB (2 x 2GB ) PC2-5300 667mhz 240-pin DDR2
Asus ATI Radeon HD6450 Silence 1 GB DDR3
Corsair Builder Series CX V2 430-Watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply
And thats about it I think, (btw I'm using an Amd Athlon 64 x2 4000+ processor and an older motherboard from 2007, they both came with this HP Pavilion A6112n)

    if so it looks the chip and board will work.

    all the other parts will work for sure.

    The PSU is not a workhorse, but will fine do for what u have.

  4. Update : I bought a Phenom ii 960t and have it at 3.45GHz and 6 gigs of ram, thanks for the help guys I got my first computer (that I built) up and running!
