Will these parts be compatible? Please help before I buy them.

Hey, I'm 13 and I know alot about build computers for my age and I've already installed a power supply, graphics card, and RAM into my system. I was wondering if these parts were all compatible.
ASRock A770DE+
AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz
Corsair Memory 4GB (2 x 2GB ) PC2-5300 667mhz 240-pin DDR2
Asus ATI Radeon HD6450 Silence 1 GB DDR3
Corsair Builder Series CX V2 430-Watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply
And thats about it I think, (btw I'm using an Amd Athlon 64 x2 4000+ processor and an older motherboard from 2007, they both came with this HP Pavilion A6112n)
