Which card?

Hello guys!

I currently own an hd4870 toxic, but I am thinking of upgrading to a newer card..

my top 3 choices would be these:
Sapphire HD6870 1GB
EVGA GTX460 SuperClocked
nvidia GTX470

--i heard different things about the gtx470 and the 460, some reviews say the evga460 is better, others say the 470 is better..and the exact same happens when i look up reviews of the hd6870..

It would be really nice, if someone could tell me which one of these cards is better considering that I have a 500w power supply, that I use my computer for 90% gaming, and I dont want the card to burn out fast(yes my cooling isnt that good, but its decent)

I normally say the 470 Superclocked at $243 thru today

It's a tossup between the 6870 and 460 SC
