Refurbished ASRock P55 Extreme for $65? Should I jump on it?

Hey guys, it's me again in search of some more opinions.

So, after strenuous searching and waiting, I've found this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ASRock-P55-Extreme-Motherboard-Refurbished-/290522548821?pt=Motherboards&hash=item43a47e4a55#ht_500wt_1156

It was $70 an hour ago, and new boards go for $120+, so should I go for this?

I was gonna go with an AM3, mostly due to the fact that good P55 boards were too expensive for me. This one has tri SLI/CF and everything, so I figured I might as well make a good i5 build for it. I've always been willing to jump on refurbished deals, being the penny pincher I am, so that isn't a big deal for me.

Not only that, but Sandy Bridge is really lowering i3/i5 prices where I'm at.

What do you guys think? Should I stick with my original AM3 plans or go ahead and snatch this deal up for a good 1156 build?

  1. The seller has a 100% positive rating, and for that price it's a hard one to pass on.
  2. That is a very good price and seems legit.
  3. Well, I decided to buy it.

Won't have a use for it until I buy my CPU, RAM, and a case but I doubt I'd find another deal like that any time soon.

Thanks guys, now I'm off to find a good deal on an i5!

Let us know please how that board turns out.
  5. Will do, but it may not be for a month or two.
