DNS-IP map

I want to make my personal DNS to IP mapping but instead of changing it in my PC like editing the file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
,I want to change it in my router. The model is Linksys WRT54G.

I think I can also make it work with some kind of DNS to DNS mapping, like if I type http://penguin Ill actually be accessing http://play.clubpenguin.com/index.php?lang=en
