Hello,
I am building a new system TOMORROW so I need some quick advice on whether or not the parts I have chosen are any good.
I am looking to building a gaming PC for less than $1000:

Intel Core i5-2500K
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072&cm_re=copre_i5_2500k-_-19-115-072-_-Product

ASUS P8P67 PRO
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131682&cm_re=asus_p8p67_pro-_-13-131-682-_-Product

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231440&cm_re=g_skill_ripjaws_x-_-20-231-440-_-Product

ZOTAC GTX 460 768MB (I have another one in my current rig so I'll just take that one and run both 460s in SLI)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500173&cm_re=zotac_gtx_460-_-14-500-173-_-Product

2x WD Caviar Black 500GB Hard Drive (RAID 0)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136795

OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W PSU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341018&Tpk=ocz%20modxstreampro%20700w

Cooler Master Hyper N520 CPU Cooler
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341018&Tpk=ocz%20modxstreampro%20700w

All I need now is a case and OS (Do I really need Windows 7 Ultimate or is Home Premium good enough?). I want the total price to be below $1000, so can anyone suggest any improvements to the current components I have selected and also suggest a case that is inexpensive but has good cable management and a side windows? Thanks! I will be picking up the parts from my local retailer so please don't suggest any "combos" on Newegg.

PSU - I would get a better quality one,... The lower powered Mod series PSU have good performance, but not that one,...

Some other good alternatives -
Antec TP 650 or EA, 650 Corsair 650TX, XFX 650W Of these, you would have to use power adapters with EA 650, Corsair 650TX as they dont have the required power connectors, but the Antec TP and the XFX have enough power connectors for 2x GTX 460,...

HDD - RAID 0 with HDDs ?? IMO you wont notice any significant performance increase in day-to-day tasks, better to get a single faster drive - Samsung F3 1TB

CASE - Some options -
NZXT M59, Antec DF series will be good, CM Storm Scout, NZXT Tempest EVO...

Cooler - CM hyper 212+ is also a very good alternative,...

It's a good build except I would get a different PSU, the OCZ ModXStream 700 Pro can only put out a peak wattage of 524 watts on the +12V rails. Perhaps an OCZ Fatal1ty or Corsair, Seasonic also is a reputable one.

The Corsair PSU isn't modular....
And I'm not really sure but I think RAID 0 will be faster.
Will the N520 be worth it over the Hyper 212 Plus?
And I also heard that the M59 has poor cable management
