Motherboard and CPU Help please

So I am building my first computer and I am only a teenager with not so much cash and as I was looking at some cheap refurbished $35 motherboards. I am getting the AMD FX-4100 and the motherboard I was hoping to get is this motherboard http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=M4N68T-M-V2-BO-R&cat=MBB . Can someone tell me if this setup will work and if it doesn't then can you help me find one for around $35. P.S. I am only using 8gb of ram so I only need two slots

No, I didn't. They have good record on that.

They test everything when it is returned, so they can return the money to the customer.
