$700 Build: Intel vs AMD

I am doing a new build with 5670X2 and about 8 GB of Ram. The Price is around 700 as you see. Would you recommend AMD AM3 as my CPU or some Intel. Can you please give a reason for you answer and some links if possible

The only reason I was going to CF the 5670 is because I already have one laying around. So I guess I'll take you advice and go with 4GB of ram like 1600 and the i5 2400. Thanks any more advice maybe even a good case

Surprisingly I already have the Antec 300. I think I will sell the 5670 to my friend or my job then get the 460 if I go intel and the 6850 if I go AMD. For cases I was going to get a NZXT M90 for 50ish do you recommend that or I should stick with the others

I know I stopped commenting on this thing a long time ago. But I modded the h*ll out of my case. As you can see in the pic. I did end up going AMD X6 1075T as I got a really good deal on it. I used a old server case for it( HHUUUGGGGE). And I am now thinking bout customizing that one. I did have 4gb of ram but upgraded to 8gb after Black Friday. So thanks for all the info. Just saw the thread and thought I give some feedback.
