what difference if any will i experience if any in gaming performance or performance in general ?

is 4/6 Gb @ 1600/1333 Mhz of ram sufficient ?

For gaming I recommend above 4GB of memory running at 1600MHz CL9 or better. Dual/quad channel systems are best with 8GB or more and tri-channel systems are best with 6GB or more.

Faster memory does not increase average or maximum frames per second. There is evidence of it improving the minimum frames per second somewhat but I haven't confirmed or denied this on my machines yet.
