Anybody have xfx 9800gt 1gb bios?

Why do you need the BIOS? If you want help, you have to describe your problem.

when I boot up my pc, then a lot of dots and lines appears on display but picture is viewable in backside of dots. and finally when windows starts up then the system doesn't recognize the card, even i tried to reinstall the driver. and the color is 16 color not 32-bit color. so i think i need to reflash the bios. plz help me

GPU's very rarely have BIOS issues. It sounds more like either your card is on its last legs, or your power supply isn't supplying enough power to it.
