SB Titanium X-Fi - EAX presets missing

I've installed a SoundBlaster Titanium X-Fi Fatality Pro and downloaded and installed all the updates from Creative's web site, however there are no EAX presets!

When I go into Audio Control Panel, EAX Effects, the presets list is empty and there is seemingly no way to add anything to it!

Any ideas?
I was looking forward to having ALchemy work in games, but without any presets, what's the point??

Hmm... It looks like you have to choose "Entertainment" mode instead of "Game" mode and presets will appear.

Clear the drivers and reload it again. Get the latest drivers. It happened to me before... Just do it again
