New all-around rig. Budget ~ 2000 $

Hello! Im in serious need of a new computer. Unfortunately I have no knowledge about what to buy other than not to buy a pre-built computer. I would be glad if someone could help me out. I need a computer that is silent and all-around. Im going to use the computer for surfing, computing matlab ( and other programs), programming and a little bit of gaming. Currently I've come up with this:

Nice! Thanks for such a quick answer. I've come up with two more questions though. I recently read something about needing a very powerfully gpu to be able to fully use a large monitor, will I have this problem? And would someone dare to say how audible this rig will be?

Neat! I feel pretty satisfied with the package but there is only one thing that I'd like to know before we wrap it up. Is this rig going to make a lot of noise? If so what would we have to.do to make it sound less?
