New MoBo for Gaming

Hey guys, I need a new motherboard for gaming to complete my rig, which will be:
EVGA Nvidia SC 1gb 460gtx
Intel i5 2500k processor - 3.3 ghz Quad

So obviously the mobo needs an LGA 1155 socket, and it also needs to be ATX form factor -- anybody know a good one for under $150?

If it supports DDR2 memory as well as DDR3, that is a huge plus and I will spend a bit more money for that - like 175 at most.

With some of these newer boards, you may want to install the sata cables on the board and let them hang over the board while you mount it. The sata ports may be blocked by one of the pci-e cards.
