I am building a 2500k computer with the msi p67a gd55 and the asus direct cu 6870. I am building it in one of those old white cases, which has only one 80mm fan slot (intake). I will install a fan here with a dust cover. I will use the mugen 2 cpu cooler. My psu is the antec tp 650 and will use it for exhaust (top Mount.) is that enough cooling? Other options are:

install pci brackets with holes in
memory cooling
chipset cooling
hdd cooling
mount a fan in 2 5.25 bays
drill hole in back of case for exhaust fan (last resort)

i want to reach 4.5ghz

I realize alot of people don't have funds and save up awhile for their gear.
Your components are very nice enthusiast level really.
Seriously you can't spring for an Antec 100/200/300 or a CM 430/912.
I think what your suggesting would work since SB operates cool and efficient but i think it's a disservice to house your gear in an old clunker case.

I really like my case - it doesn't have a hard drive bay so you can fit 12 inch plus vgas and its wide so u can fit 18cm or more cpu cooler. I like the dont judge a book by its cover looks. i will only ever use 1 hdd and 1 disk drive so a lot of the features in these enthusiast cases will be wasted
