Laptop problems

Hello,
my laptop freezes and locks out and will not recent

What laptop? Is it under warranty? Try to blow out all the dust inside with a can of compressed air through the ventilation openings.

If your laptop is new and problems occurs from short time then you try to do a complete virus scan and fix your registry.If nothing happen do as 'mosox' says.
Its usually OS problem so don't try to fix it yourself and its good to get a new copy of OS from vendor.
