Can't choose wich Lenovo ThinkPad

Hello,
I'm about to buy a new laptop since my old one died. And I'm down to two models of the ThinkPad family that I can't seem to choose from.

The only major difference between the two is:

the 14.1" model which has i3 2.4 GHz processor and 6GB RAM.

and the 15.6" model which has i5 2.66 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.

which one is better? performance wise? also, i heard that the 15.6" isn't as robust as the 14.1"

Please help.

go with the 15.6" i5. you wont get any benefit from the extra 2gb ram on the other modle, but the i5 is a big jump over the i3.
