2500K,
Asrock extreme 4 motherboard,
BX2331 1920x1080 monitor,
Raven 02 case,
G500 mouse,
Seasonic 620 M12II bronze PSU,
OCZ 120GB SSD
ASUS DVD burner

Parts that I need help with
ram = 4gb and 8GB?
GPU = 6850CF, 6870CF, or 560?
speaker = ???
keyboard = ???
- I don't know which brand is good or getting which part is the best decision for gaming PC.

you have some good parts there...

RAM -> 8gb will soon become the new "standard"... and it has never been cheaper than it is lately... take advantage and get 8gb now... and occupy only 2 memory slots (with a 2x4gb kit)

keyboard -> that would be your preference (i like Microsoft keyboards personally)

speaker -> budget?

GPU -> 6870CF will obviously outperform 6850CF... but the latter will be better 'bang-for-your-buck' (and use less power)... as for the 560... no official benchmarks yet... soon (i think tomorrow or something)
