Asus pk5 pro yellow / black ports for ram, which is the primary

I have an asus pk5 pro, it has 2 yellow and 2 black ports for the ram. I now have (2) 1 gb sticks of ram. I want to upgrade with an additional (2) sticks of 2 gb for a total of 6 gb ram. I was told to put the 2gb sticks in the primary slots. are the primary slots the yellow or the black slots
