Hello,
I am having a problem booting up my Dell Inspiron B120, I thought it was the battery gone bad , but when i put in a new one , i still get the same results, all lights come on but quickly going out and even replacing the Power cord, no sign that the fan from the system even running, can i get some help on this issue?
Thanks

The responce was that it may be the motherboard , but that was from a level 1 tech with they were reading from a script so that is why i came here to see if i can get some help.

seems like a bad PSU. Is there an amber light on the power button of the case?
