Not sure of your intended use for it,
but I would push the gfx card to a 5770 at least and doublecheck your chip will support 1600Mhz ram, some 435's do, some dont
google the number on the chip or its box to find the batch specs

There is a 380W psu that comes with case. I cheaped on the card so I wouldn't have to buy a new PSU. Intended use is extremely light. They just want something that will last awhile, doesn't matter what it does.

I'd suggest you use a better psu then.Those intergrated ones are usually of really bad quality and I don't think any system can be trusted with them.Just a thought.
Also,yuo don't need the discrete gpu if they aren't going to be gaming,so get this motherboard wits usb 3 instead.It should be more futureproof and will make your pc last bit longer.

Is the gpu on that mobo good enough to run videos from youtube and misc? Is the usb 3 the only benefit on this mobo compared to the one i picked?

Of course it is.It should even be enough for 1080p playback and some light games.That's pretty much its only benefit it has over the one you suggested.If youp lan on using a pci express card on your motherboard though,the one you put would be a better choice.So it's your choice.usb 3 or another pcie slot.

the only prob with your board is it's micro i believe, and i'm planning for atx. i'm looking right now for that board in atx.
