Is my PC bottlenecked? pls help

Primary hard disk 28GB Free (49GB Total) 5.9 <----lowest its cartition checked but hard disc have 500gb

No, your system is fine bud. The windows test is pretty useless and harddrives always get a low score unless its a SSD.

My fans are runing wildy after i play some huge game like LoL and Assassins creed brotherhood so should i add more fans or change some of them????

What fans would you be talking about? CPU or case?

CPU fan it is so much loud and my cpu go to 45c after huge game....

I guess your using a stock cooler and these only cool the cpu to the bear minimum. I would invest in an aftermarket cooler £35 - £45 can get you some decent coolers

45c? That's pretty cool. Especially for a stock cooler. Mine runs at that, and i have a Zalman 9500cnps (though my proc is a 4.0ghz...) I would say your gfx card is on the skimpy side, but not too bad. The gtx 460 is a far better card, while not being horridly more expensive.

I thot that my graphic card is a litlle bad but i just both this one so for few month i will yuse this one and next will be some of ati radeon hd series....whitch one should i buy? some advice pls

The card you have is a mid - low range card and depending on your resolution it might be just fine.

Do you know what resoultion you play at? And getting a better Graphics card might also mean needing a better PSU

i know this is an obvious question but if the fan is noisy did you put thermal paste beetween the CPU and heatsink?

I once didnt put my i7 thermal paste on properly and burned my i7 950 to the ground...at idle it went to 120..

This is from Tom hardware gpu charts. So your card is good but not future proofed.

I repaste my CPU every 6 months as the paste become less affective over time, but then i usually have a new cooler every six months.
