Core i7 processor goes to 100% utilization

Hello,
My core i7 processor jumps to 100% cpu utilization widout any use of processor nd keep fluctuating there.i see my cpu utilization on task manager, when dats happen nothing work music start crashing if i try to play even graphic does not support. i just dont understand it.

Look at the task manager and tell us what is using all the CPU cycles.

i had watched entire task manager wit d process from all user, overall 80 process, all at zero, task manager 1% utilization... now dats the problem... non of the process is using the cpu to 100% efficeency...
