I bought this from a friend without looking at the specifications and I do not understand it greatly so I'd like to know if this computer is good to run crysis maxed off resolution 1360x768. Thanks.

Crysis is, and always will be, the STUPIDEST game to attempt to max out. No, a GTX 460 will NOT max out crysis at that resolution, however it will max just about every other game out, its a good system, but its not going to max out crysis, nothing reasonable will.

Just posting to say that I have now tested it and I can run it at everything "Very High" with 45~ FPS. Not bad, not bad.

At that resolution I would expect High or more. That system is excellent, Crysis is a horrible beast but luckily at lower res it starts to put more dependancy on the CPU (Thus decreasing pressure on the card) and with a CPU like yours that is perfect
