Need help selecting a replacement graphics card

Need a video card recommendation. My current card has went out and I need something on par or a little better then what I have. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: This Week

BUDGET RANGE: $50-100.00 Before Rebates

USAGE – Watching 720p TV on the internet

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Geforce 8500GT and 300 watt power supply

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Amd Phenom 9500 cpu, 3GB PC2 6400 memory, The computer is an HP m8400f

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1680 X 1050

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: must have an hdmi connection
 
Solution
A 300W PSU would be able to handle a 4650 no problem. You might also want to consider a 4670 as it's slightly more powerful, or a an Nvidia GT 240. Both would work with your current system and enable you to watch videos at 720p, no problem.
