Additional Comments: All's I need is the parts for inside the case. NO CASE needed. I need a keyboard and OS as well.
I don't need a GPU, all I am going to be doing is watching HD shows and listen to music.
I went with a 785G AM3 board due to this!

I already have the Antec P180 mini hence the microATX mobo.
So how does this look? The total comes to $540.
Should I get a cheaper CPU and invest in a cheap GPU? Again no gaming or editing would be done on this, just HD video watching.

    Looks fine to me. There is no need to get a dedicated GPU if you're not doing any gaming or GPU apps. If you want 3d blu-ray you would need to invest in a dedicated GPU but that's about it.
