I believe there are 2 versions of the 9600GT card. There is one with a 6 pin power connector and then one without. The one with the 6 pin has a power requirement of 400W with 24A on the 12V rails. Does your power supply have a 6 pin connector? I think you should be ok if you do NOT start getting into overclocking. If you leave everything stock you should be ok. I've never heard of that brand power supply so I am not familiar.

Cards that requires a 6-pin power connector usually is included in the package. It's always a good idea to check the list of contents for it before purchasing.

Be aware that "Green" 9600GT is slower than the "regular" 9600GT which is it does not need the 6-pin connector.

That's fine and you can do that, but make sure that you have enough Amps on the 12v rail for the card. If you're not sure what that means, check your power supply and see how many amps are reported under the +12v rating.

You can use a 4 pin molex to 6 pin PCI-e power plug with an adapter. I would think, most video cards come with an adapter.

Be very wary. As jay2tall said, it requires 24A on the 12V rail, and when I re-read the OP I see you have 20A on your 12V rail (sorry for not seeing that earlier).

That does not bode well.
