More about worth
  1. No because you could build yourself one computer for that price. Look here.

Better CPU and some what close GPU. The 4830 is more comparable to the 9800 GT but the GTX isn't alot better either. Anyway, in short. Not worth it.

What resolution are you playing at?
  2. problem with that is i dont know how to build a computer so i have to try and find an already built one =(

    my resolution is 1280x1024 (32bit) (60hz)
  3. O.O Well then the 4830 is enough at that res. Well it's not very hard to build one... You just plug a whole bunch of things in, it may seem hard at first but really... it's not. I admit I was pretty skeptical at first about my 1st build. I thought it'd be challenging. It was hardly. My first build went smoothly and a result was one I've been using for 2 years.

Just youtube some videos. It's fairly simple to do. The hardest thing is choosing parts and I have a guide :D
  4. do you think that computer i posted above would be able to run newer games like starcraft2, RIFT, guild wars 2, diablo 3?
  5. Probably all of them except maybe not on ultra or max for SC2 and D3
  6. Offer $300 for it if it has XP or no OS at all. It's not worth anymore than that as a used home built system with no warranty.

If it came with a full retail version of Windows 7 64 bit installed and ready to go, (you get all the disks and the packaging they came in with serial numbers, etc.) then and only then would I consider $450.
