Leadtek Winfast GTX 460 OC 1gb minimum power requirement

I got a Leadtek WinfastGTX 460 OC today for my new build.
According to the leadtek website and the nvidia website the minimum power requirement is 450w 24a

However, on the box of the Leadtek GTX 460 1gb OC, the mimimum power requirement has been written as:

"Minimum 550W or greater system power supply with a minimum 12V current rating of 38A"

Could this be a typo on the part of leadtek? please help!

What's your PSU? For a GTX260 24a should be alright, as long as no overclocking is done. It's also a bare minimum requirement..I'd feel safer with 26-28. Or +12v1 @ 16a and +12v2 @ 18a or something similar.

Based on reviews of other overclocked GTX460's, I would say 500 watts should be the minimum.

I bought the Xigmatek NRP-PC502 500W Power Supply together with the card as a bundle. its rated as 12v 37A.

I just dont understand why the packaging says 550w 38A when clearly the leadtek website says 450w 24A.

Should I return the psu or am i safe with it?
