Built my 1st PC for Inventor 10. Graphics Card?

I'm a CAD technician just moving into 3D with Inventor 10. I've had to rebuilt my PC to accomadate it and so have had to learn about PC's quick! These are the bits I've bought on instinct at good prices. It maybe a bit over the top but I didn't want to build something this year and then start again next year; this is built to last, hopefully, on a budget.

Phenom II x4 CPU
ASUS M4A88T-V EVO mo'bo'
700W PSU
XP-Pro 32 bit
Samsung DDR3 x 3Gb 10600
Samsung 400 Gb HDD
SAMSUNG SH-S223 22x DVD Writer

I'm led to believe that on-board graphics aren't going to brilliant so I've been looking at an XFX Radeon HD 5450. I don't know how suitable this is but I am drawn to the passive cooling for quietness. The 512 Mb one I've found has a huge red aluminium fining cooler like the similar blue coolers on the mo'bo. Again I don't know if the 512 Mb is big enough or alternativly can I get the 1 Gb one with this cooler? The HD5550 has been suggested but feedback suggest the fan is LOUD. What can anyone tell me please?
