As you can see by my signature, it is time to upgrade! I am planning on getting an i5-2500K proc and just can't figure out what the best MB is to go with. Anyone want to throw in their 2 cents on Gigabyte, ASUS, or MSI? I am at a loss this time around figuring out what board to get. I definitely plan on OC'ing.

asus p8z8 series board would be my choice, using pro version myself, and board clocks and has all features you ever need.

How much money are you willing to spend? Are you on a budget or is money not a concern?

Anyway, I don't have much personal experience (yet), but I've been researching mid-range Z68 boards lately and Asrock seems to be getting more favourable reviews than Asus and Gigabyte based on user feedback from NewEgg. Just something to consider.

Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 looks like a steal, I'm planning to get that one.

Agreed, Asrock has got their act together this processor generation. They are also cheaper for the features than the other manufacturers.
