Alrighty so I got the motherboard and everything in..

I put AS5 (since it's all I had) on the heatsink and CPU.

I just turned the machine on and let it use the internal video and everything..

I have no hard drives or anything in (since the ones I need are in this machine).

Anyway, it's been on about 30 mins and these are the CPU/Motherboard and case fan temps/speed:

CPU: 37C , CPU Fan: 3200ish RPMs range.
motherboard: 38C
2626ish RPMs on the case fan.

Are these OK for stock fans before I proceed with taking the hard drive out and DVD Burner of this machine? Will the temps go down after the '200 hours wait' on AS5? After I'm inside windows and "AMD Cool N Quiet" is working in windows ? So on?

On the stock cooler in a room with that temperature that's about normal.

My old 955BE ran, at stock speeds on it's stock cooler somewhere in the mid 40's most of the time in a room temp of 24-25C (77F).
