If that's the case, there is no need to be worried at all about the CPU. But the temperatures can be considered a bit on the high side. Try removing the heatsink fan, reapplying thermal compound after removing the old and then reseating it back. Also, cleaning the heatsink fan once in a while greatly improves with the cooling performance too.
If you have some bucks to spend, you can also go for an aftermarket CPU cooler like a Cooler Master Hyper 212+. Stock coolers do tend to be pretty lousy at cooling work.
