Ok my having some trouble if my pc components are compatible, i was told by my cousin to see if my ram/cpu are compatible with my motherboard in the companies website, but i thought any cpu/ram was compatible if they met the right size and speed. So my question is do i have to follow the "compatibility list" the websites offer.

These are the components im looking to buy

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277 Ram

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727 CPU

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131402 Mother board

Also is it recommend to buy my components in different occasions, for example newegg is offering 15% on any of their ram, and im trying to save money =P

the compatibility lists only have which RAM sticks have been specifically tested by the motherboard manufacturer, so it's not exhaustive. So yes, you should be able to use that dual channel DDR3 kit with the motherboard you have linked. The memory manufacturer will also test certain motherboards, so you could always call them to be sure. But you should be fine.

If you think you can get a good deal on RAM now and the shipping won't outweigh the benefits of buying it separate from the rest of the build, then go for it.
