My Pc Configuration is
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 @2.34 GHz
ASUS P5Q-EM
2X2 GB Patriot PSD22G8002 @ 800 MHz/CL5/1.9v[DDR2]
1+.5 TB Hitachi Deskstar
2 DRV-RW
XFX 9600GT

Recently I am feeling that my RAM isn't enough.
So, I am thinking of upgrading.
Problem is I can't find the same model of RAM here.

So, what can i do about it ???
Should I buy another brand 2X2 GB same config ??
And can I Buy 2X(4 GB) same config ????

Using 32-bit Windows? If so, you won't benefit from a memory upgrade. You're only using 3 Gb of your 4 Gb of RAM as it is.

If your OS can address more than 4 Gb, you could go either way. 2x4Gb of same brand memory might be preferable, to leave more room and to avoid compatibility issues.

sorry. I missed the OS. Mine is Ultimate X64. So, I don't think that will be a problem. If I install one 4gb, will it have compatibility issues despite having same config but different brand ???

Yes, it probably will. RAM is usually pretty picky about its working partners.
Are you sure you're using all of your RAM? Most situations won't max out 4gb.
You'll have to get a fresh 8gb set if you can't match your existing sticks.

Your mobo has 4 DDR2 slots, with a maximum (overclocked) speed of 1066 Mhz. It can take up to 16 Gb of RAM

If you can find matching memory modules go ahead and stick 'em in.

IMHO you would be better off buying a fresh 1066 Mhz kit, although I don't think 4 Gb DDR2 sticks are that common.

In order of preference:

2x4 GB 1066 Mhz (2 slots)
2x2 GB 1066 Mhz x 2 (4 slots)

That gives you 8 GB of RAM at a higher speed. I don't think you can do much better than that, although you CAN bump it up to 16 GB if you find 4 GB modules. Make sure you have the pockets for that.
