My broadband is running slow

Hello,i have bsnl broadband its not showing good speed and slow connection

is it vdsl or adsl? Adsl is a slower connection and vdsl is faster. these are both forms of dsl. If it is dsl you could be far away from the atinuator or relay station. A dsl line is unique to everyone so it is not shared. if it is cable broadband, it depends on how many people are sharing that same connection when you are using it. try using a new modem or updating the firmware. sometimes these can clear up issues as well. without knowing what type of broadband connection you have its a little difficult to help you out.
