Best Headphones of the bunch?

I've seen a lot of reviews on random headphones, and I see this so far in my price range ($70ish):
- JVC RX900 ($63 I'm using paypal)
- Sennheiser HD 212 Pro ($60)
- Audio-Technica ATH-M40 (/fs??) ($55)
- Refurb Logitech G35 ($50)

Having a mic isn't a big deal, comfort is. I need something that doesn't touch my ears much at all, and something with rich bass that's good for both music and gaming.

Out of the lot, I have personally heard three of them baring the Audio Technica.. The Sennheiser has the most tighter bass but not the most detailed sound.. Also, it gets pretty warm and thus cannot be used for long gaming sessions.. The JVC is the most balanced headphone here and worth more than its quoted price.. They are also the most comfortable for long sessions.. The Logitech G35 is more of a gaming gear and does not performs that good with music and movies..

The Razer Carcharias always get very good ratings, for comfort, sound, and quality.
