I currently have

AMD Athlon II X2 245
4GB DDR3 1333
Asrock M3A770DE
1TB hard Drive
No video card as i sold it upgrade memory and Hard Drive

Monitor Resolution 1280x1024

Wanting to Upgrade to 23" 1920x1080 monitor

Im doing this run games like crysis, crysis warhead, battlefield bad company 2, call of duty black ops, just cause 2

Any Sugestion

6950 1GB has got to be in that upgrade, that'll run 250$.

Then I recommend maybe a Phenom 925, get it off Amazon or Newegg. That's 120$ off Amazon. (You can get it off my site in my siggy)

Then the rest for the monitor. So to recap.

250$+125$=375. Then get the monitor depending on price, if it's a bit overboard, then just get like a Propus for 100$ or get a Rana for 75$ (Though Rana to Regor has really no difference)

Then sweet, you got a 170$ monitor (super nice ones now a days at that price) 6950 1GB for 250-260 and and a solid Phenom.

Better than the 560 for the resolution you want to play at.

it was running about 45 fps on high on 1280x1024 in crysis

What does GL mean? and for the fps you won't notice over 35fps for most people and 50fps for extreme people

Oh yeah then it'll run just fine. The 4870 should run it like 40-50 FPS at that resolution. The 6950 would be for the 1920x1080 resolution.
