Is this a good build?

hi i picked out a build that i think is a really good bang for your buck. First off, i picked the 4670 for a gpu because im running a 19" 1440x900 3 year old acer.

here are my specs:

Mobo: Biostar A780L3L micro atx (cheaper than a reg atx)

Case: Antec 300

CPU: Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition @ 3.2GHz

GPU: XFX 4670

RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR3 1333

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64b

CD: Cheap LG drive

HDD: WD Caviar Black 640GB

PSU: Antec EarthWatts 430w

Cooling: 3 120mm fans; not sure on cpu

The cpu also comes with a copy of STALKER.

I will be ocing the gpu, prob the cpu, should i get a cpu cooler? i will have 2 intake, 1 back, 140mm top, 1 side on the case. it says that the intakes are for the hdds but it holds 9, i have 1, so will air from it get into the case?

This comes to a total of $598, a rebate makes it $588, and shipping makes it exactly $600.

I thought that this was pretty good for a first build, and i got help from some friends over at overclockers.

Also i am getting
this late 2011 so i might upgrade some parts. as of now, is this good? how long will it last?

I think your first upgrade should be your monitor. Don't build a pc with and old crap video card around a old 19" monitor.
The most gratifying part of your machine will be what you see on the screen. With 22" monitors in the $130 range and 24" monitors in the $160 range, you should go that route first.

Absolutely get a CPU cooler!!!. A 4670 is a little weak though. You should get at least a 5670 as a lone 4670 won't really be enough for future games at that resolution. Given current prices it makes a lot of sense to spend a little more on a 5750 or 5770, but it's up to you.
