Hi I am upgrading my computer and this mother board has caught my eye. It seems to have great reviews and be what I am looking for. There is also the GA-970-UD3 that I am thinking about. I just bought my CPU and memory off newegg I got the 1055t and Gskillz Ripjaws 16oo I want to know what board would go best, my price range is sub 100.

Solution
I'd go with GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ @ $109.99

It has 4 more USB2 ports, USB3 headers

1 more SATA3 port

more RAID options

1 x IEEE 1394a

DualBIOS 3TB+ HDD Support (Hybrid EFI Technology)

1 extra PCI Express x1

No eSATA 6Gb/s on Gigabyte

Ya i really like that board the problem is Im on a fairly tight budget since I am a high school student with no job. I should have around 180 to spend on the OS and board. Wish Win 7 wasn't so expensive. Any one know where I can get a legit Copy of win 7 for cheaper?

U could get this too Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit ~ $99.99 @ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=32-116-986&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&Pagesize=10&PurchaseMark=&SelectedRating=1&VideoOnlyMark=False&VendorMark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Keywords=%28keywords%29&Page=1#scrollFullInfo
